Warranty

If buyer is not satisfied with the purchase within 5 days after shipment, buyer can request for exchange with different item or repair. Shipment back to De Mystic Box has to be beared by buyer but delivery back to buyer will be FOC.

However, there's no exchange or refund for discounted item. Please buy with confidence.


Shipment

Purchase with RM100 and above will get 50% discount on shipment. We reserve the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.

Combined purchases will have lower shipment price, depending on items.

Usually it will take 1-5 days, depending on POS speed.

For jewelleries:

Registered Mail > Malaysia RM2 - RM3 depending on size & weight
Pos Laju > Penisular Malaysia RM3 - RM5, Sabah & Sarawak RM4 - RM6

How is buying process like?

1. Browse the items.
   
2. Once you have found the item(s) you like and want to purchase, email De Mystic Box with item name, quantity and colour. You can also leave a comment in the item(s) post(s).
   
3. Then De Mystic Box will reply you with the next step - bank in payment to Maybank account.
   
4. You transfer the payment and update De Mystic Box via email/hp that you have transferred payment. Also, please provide details like Name, Address, Contact Number (if it's under Pos Laju shipment). You can put the name and address of another person if it's a present.
   
5. De Mystic Box confirms about receiving the payment and prepare shipment to you/intended person. De Mystic Box shall contact you again to let you know when De Mystic Box would/have shipped the item.
6. Please update me after you have received the item(s) and if you like, you can leave feedback in this blog. :)
7. There is no minimum purchase required.
   
8. If you have any other enquiries, you can always email De Mystic Box.

I decided to get a different item. Can I change or cancel the order after I had paid?

Yes, you can but only if De Mystic Box hasn't shipped the item out. Once you have decided to change to another jewellery or want to cancel, please update De Mystic Box via email immediately to avoid complications. That said, please make sure that you want the jewellery before you transfer payment.

If the item that you want is higher priced than the item you originally wanted, you can pay the remaining $. Likewise, if the item that you want is lower priced than the original item paid, De Mystic Box will transfer the remaining $ to you. Fair?


What if I want to send your item to Imbuktu?

De Mystic Box love international customers. Just shows that people around the world appreciate beauty and art, yes? ;)

Please email De Mystic Box about the intended destination and we shall check the rates + weight, then get back to you (before you pay).


I don't want anyone to know that I'm buying your stuff. Can I remain Anonymous?

Yes, you can. However, it's a must to include a valid email for communication. Preferably with contact number in case there is any issue with the item(s) or transaction.


It's a gift for my special person/dog/cat/dragon. Can you exclude any details of me in your package? I want it to be a surprise.

There is no information about you in the package except the destination's address & contact number (if needed).


What is inside the envelope/package/box?

A banana. Kidding. It has your item(s) and a very small piece of De Mystic Box's handwritten logo.

If you are buying several items in 1 go and would like separate boxes for them, there's no extra charge.


How do I take care of the jewelleries?

In order to maintain the colour and design of the jewelleries, you can store them in a pouch (silk or velvet preferably) or in a box where they are not exposed to air. This is to prevent oxidation on some of the metal and losing colour vibrancy.

Don't ever spray fragrance or anything alcoholic (even moisturizers) onto the jewelleries.

If you have to go for scanning or checkup with your doctor, facial/manicure/pedicure, hair treatment, household chores like washing dishes & clothes - do remove your jewelleries.

Don't wear jewellery if you are going for vigorous activities like camping, exercising, swimming (the chlorine!), theme park adventures, etc.

To clean the jewelleries, you can use a lint-free cloth to rub the metallic parts gently. You can buy a piece of such cloth here for RM3. A little piece of cloth goes a long way. Once the whole cloth is dirty, you can buy another piece of cloth. No need to rinse the cloth.

Some people clean jewelleries by soaking them into salt sea water or just fresh water under the moonlight or sunlight (mind the temperature - not too hot or cold).

Why is the colour of the jewellery different from your images online?

I hold the jewellery in hand and adjust the colours in the image to the closest. However, the colours may appear different under different lighting (natural sunlight/moonlight, white or yellowish light), monitor and graphics settings.


Sigh. I see the item that I like is under sold or unavailable category.

Please email De Mystic Box on which item. I can make a similar design or double check with my suppliers.


I want something that De Mystic Box doesn't sell at the moment.

Again, email De Mystic Box with what you have in mind. Maybe we can arrange something. But De Mystic Box is not going to sell rhinestone-studded sex toys, ok?


Why is your stuff so cheap?

De Mystic Box operates from home so there's less cost in manpower, store/booth rental, etc.


Why is your stuff so expensive? I see a lot of companies selling jewelleries at 3 for RM10! And I can get much cheaper fragrances than yours!

De Mystic Box jewelleries are handmade - it takes talent, time, creativity and patience to create a piece. The imported jewelleries (not handmade, at least not by me) are personally selected by quality and aesthetic value.

Be wary of imitation fragrance. They may have the same packaging and the bottle even look like a real one but they don't smell the same and have much lower quality.

I get my fragrances from the fragrance industry directly, that is why I can offer cheaper price.
